Artist’s words
‘Harvesting palms and time’ is a short narrative about work and time.
This scene is born on a tree bark, we walk on it and drink from the roots, connecting actions and thoughts. Time is not wasted while we collect the seeds for a future that seems to go backwards.
So much work! We agree on that, we work so hard to lose ourselves in time. In my palms I have other paths, try opening yours and pass a story on.

Nancy La Rosa Saba was nominated by Margarita Athanasiou.
Nancy La Rosa Saba is a visual artist and researcher based in Lima, Peru. She graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and works across various media including drawing, printing, photography, video and installation. Her projects refer to the socio-environmental conflicts derived from the extraction of common goods in Peru, as well as the power relations that exist in traditional representations of the territory.

Print details
Each print is the highest quality professional quality C-type print made using the very best high definition equipment and finest materials, all overseen by master printers.
